Gloria Walker, Chair, Acting Executive Director
She is a family member and founding member of NAMI UGCNOMI.
At the national level she is a past board member of NAMI, having served two terms on the national board; she is past chair of NAMI OH's board; she is a past board member of NAMHPAC (National Association of Mental Health Planning and Advisory Councils; APA Multicultural Fellowship Program Consultant and is a member of NAMI’s African American Leaders Group.  She is a reviewer of Mental Health Block Grants and a Mental Health State Monitor.
 
Geraldine Frazier, Secretary, Acting Program Director
Mrs. Geraldine Frazier, a member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Cincinnati, a founding member of Urban Greater Cincinnati Network on Mental Illness (UGCNOMI), a NAMI Ohio affiliate. While working atUC I was an active member of 1199 Service Employee International Union (SEIU) of AFL-CIO.  I chaired the Health & Safety Committee, Co-Chair of Labor Management Committee, a board member of the local chapter and board member of the National 1199. I am a family member of a son who suffers with Bipolar, and I am a consumer. 
 
An advocate for appropriate mental health services, she was twice elected a board member of NAMI OH. she is a Family to Family instructor, and a qualified facilitator for NAMI OH Connection Support Group,,  She is a member of MCRI, (Minority Community Recruitment Initiative) and most recently, a Consumer & Family Partnership Team Member.
 
Rev. J. Donald Mosley, Treasurer,  (Acting Religious Outreach Coordinator)
In 1978 he started at CCHB(Central Community Health Board) as the Clergy Liaison. He has produced for the past 30 years, "Coping Sunday Service" every year during Mental Illness Awareness Week, which was started by Rev. Fleming and Rev. Mosley along with Rev. Lynch  continue to this day.
 
A  member of  the  Central Community Health Board (CCHB} staff he has done training workshops related to:Stress Management; HIV; Grief and Bereavement; and, Conflict  Resolution.
 
1995-2007 I served as a state board member for NAMI(National Alliance for the Mentally Ill). He is a family member and a Family to Family instructor.
 
Sandra Driggins Smith, Vice Chair, (Acting Community Coordinator)
She is Vice President of Central Community Health Board, and an active church and community member. She also knows first hand issues in our community around serious mental illness.
